FAQ

How long does setup take at a race?+

A single timing point — host, mat and clock — deploys in about 10 minutes with one person. A full marathon kit is typically a half-day for a two-person crew.

What happens if venue internet fails?+

RTC-4 fails over to 4G automatically and buffers reads offline if both links drop. Data syncs once connectivity returns.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. We ship worldwide from Shenzhen with export documentation, and our Singapore hub supports SEA deployments on the ground.

Can I use my own decoders?+

RacetigerLive accepts third-party data through the open API, so mixed fleets are welcome.

Is OEM/ODM available?+

Yes — logo printing, custom firmware branding and reference designs for timing partners.
